These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website (Arlo). These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of Arlo. By using Arlo, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use Arlo if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions. Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use Arlo.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, UXfolio LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in Arlo.
This means we own Arlo-related materials like our logo, or the smallest UX copy bits in the product.
You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on Arlo.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
Certain areas of Arlo are restricted from being accessed by you and UXfolio LLC may further restrict access by you to any areas of Arlo, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for Arlo are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
This means that certain parts of Arlo, like our admin panel, are only accessible for our internal team.
Your Content includes any website addresses, files, documents, images and messages you submit to Arlo. Your Content must not contain any information or material for any activity which breaches any laws or regulations, infringes a third party's rights or privacy or is contrary to any relevant standards or codes, including generally accepted community standards.
If suspicion arises about Your Content breaching these Terms, UXfolio LLC reserves the right to ban you from further use of Arlo. Also, Your Content will be removed without notice and any Subscription Fees paid for it before will not be refunded.
UXfolio LLC reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from Arlo at any time without notice.
To clarify, we use these rights to immediately delete content used for phishing, scams, escorting services, pornography, etc.
Arlo generates simulated user personas and feedback using artificial intelligence. This output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purposes. It does not represent the views of real people, and it is not a substitute for research with actual users.
You are responsible for reviewing any output before acting on it. UXfolio LLC makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability or fitness for purpose of any output produced by Arlo.
Arlo gives you early, directional feedback. Treat it as a starting point, not as a verified result.
Arlo is provided "as is", with all faults, and UXfolio LLC expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to Arlo or the materials contained on Arlo. Also, nothing contained on Arlo shall be interpreted as advising you.
In no event shall UXfolio LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Arlo whether such liability is under contract. UXfolio LLC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Arlo.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent UXfolio LLC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
UXfolio LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using Arlo you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

The UXfolio LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between UXfolio LLC and you in relation to your use of Arlo, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms and Conditions and Your use of this website and any dispute or claim arising from or in association with such matters shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
UXfolio LLC reserves the right to bring proceedings against any party which is in breach of these Terms and Conditions ("defaulting party") in the courts of the location of the breach, the courts of the country of the defaulting party's residence at Our sole discretion.
As long as you pay the fees stated for your Arlo subscription plan (Subscription Fees), you may use our software (Software) as a service through the talktoarlo.com website on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis, subject to the limitations set out in these terms (Subscription).
Your Arlo subscription will continue month-to-month until terminated.
Unless you cancel your subscription before your monthly billing date, you authorize us to charge your next month’s subscription fee to your card.
You are free to cancel your Arlo subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods. If you’re having trouble deleting your subscription, contact us, we're happy to help.
In order to cancel your subscription via email, you need to submit your request minimum 5 business days before the renewal date. In case you send your cancellation request too late, our team cannot take responsibility if you get charged for renewal.
Also, please note that canceling your subscription via email is only possible if you contact us from the email address that was used to sign up to Arlo.
To protect your account's safety, we only cancel your subscription if you write from the email address linked to your Arlo account.
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our subscriptions from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. Any changes to your plan will be communicated to you 30 days in advance.
If a payment error occurs on your Arlo account we will always aim to rectify this. We do not advise you file a dispute or chargeback with your card provider as as a result we will be forced to block access to your account and remove all your data for however long it takes for the bank to close your dispute.
